Getting Started

Benefits

Holidays

Get paid for six holidays. After working 900 hours for City Staffing within one year, you are eligible for holiday pay. You just need to work a full eight hours on both the day right before and the day after the holiday. Be diligent in tracking your hours, because we leave it up to you to let us know when you are entitled to this perk. We pay for you to take off New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Vacation

Earn a check without coming to work. Once you have worked 1,200 hours within a 12-month period, we will send you a check in the amount of your average one-week salary.

Profit sharing

Take home a piece of our pie. You are eligible to participate in City Staffing's profit sharing plan after working 1,000 hours within one year.

Referral bonus

Be rewarded to tell your friends. If you refer a new associate to City Staffing, once the person works 100 hours for us, we'll slip you a $100 bonus. Bring us a new client and receive $100 after one of our associates works 100 hours for them.

Health insurance

Cover your medical and dental costs. After you have worked 1,000 hours for City Staffing, we will reimburse you for a portion of your monthly premium.

Training

From Microsoft Office to Adobe products, training is available to you once you are registered with us. Already registered? Contact your talent director for assistance 312-346-3400.
