Description |
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Researcher/Sourcing Specialist with three to four years of experience. Search experience from either retained or contingency recruiting is required. Self-confident, self-motivated and highly organized with a strong sense of personal accountability. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, especially at the senior level. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility. Undergraduate degree required. |
